Spaghetti Squash is an easy to grow winter squash and is an excellent alternative to spaghetti pasta. Vines will reach up to 9ft. in length which makes trellising a good idea. Roast this squash in the oven then shred to make spaghetti noodles. Add your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
